I am working on a reference guide for people who want to get started on their sourdough journey! If you know me in real life and need to get your hands on some starter just let me know I will be glad to give it out. I have been making sourdough for over a year now and I have almost killed my starter many times, but she's still chugging along. As a person who works full time and doesn't have the luxury to spend an entire Sunday just to make a loaf of bread I tried to make this guide to be fast and easy. My go-to sourdough timeline can be completed in the evening after a typical 8 hour work day, so don't be intimidated! Please comment any questions down below I'll try to check back periodically.
